The monthly association fee is $525.00 and covers the grounds maintenance on each lot and the common areas. This includes fall and spring cleanup, landscaping, mowing, plowing of the road and driveway, sanding of the road, the irrigation system, and common area insurance.
To join our community, simply fill out the membership form on our website and pay the annual membership fee of $50. Once your application is approved, you'll receive access to all of our events and resources.
We organize a variety of events throughout the year, including workshops, seminars, networking events, and social gatherings. Our events are designed to provide opportunities for learning, networking, and having fun with like-minded individuals.

No, these are not a Condo. This is a Homeowners Association and each homeowner owns their home, and is responsible for the inside and exterior structure of their home.
An entrance fee of two (2) times the monthly rent shall be assessed to residents who are moving into a home currently in the community. The entrance fee for a new family moving into a home shall be in accordance with the Lease Agreement and Schedule of Charges.

The homes sq ft. range is approximately 1000 sq ft. for the one bedroom and 1694 sq ft. for the two bedroom. There is also an attached oversized 1 or 2 car garage depending home purchased. All homes are on a slab.

We welcome your pet. If a Lot owner chooses to have a common household pet, there is a two-pet maximum with a thirty-five-pound limit for each pet. Dangerous breeds including, Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, Chows, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids, German Shepards, and a mix of any of the above are not permitted, including visiting dogs. All pet waste, must be picked-up from the Owner’s property and Common Areas and disposed of properly. No dog houses, runners or tie-outs are permitted on the property or grounds.
